Hand crafted wood industrial machine of Santa Cruz Bolivia. It Is 5"H. The base is 6 3/4" x 3 1/2". I have no idea what this is supposed to be a miniature representation of. The top part can be manually turned around which moves the three pegged drums in the center. If you have any idea what this is supposed to be please feel free to let me know.
