    Description

    Here is an old Hard Times token, from 1834 to 1837 time era.  One side reads HALLOCK & BATES WHOLESALE DRY GOODS STORE 234 PEARL STREET NEW YORK; the other side reads HALLOCK & BATES CORNER OF BURLING SLIP 234 PEARL STREET NEW YORK.  Appears to be made out of brass, the size of a half dollar size in diameter, and condition is circulated, appears to have been holed at one time in the center and partially filled in, some bowing/bending type of damage.  This will make a nice addition to your collection.
